Make your voice heard!
This November, Prior Lake voters will decide whether to approve a local ballot referendum proposing a property tax increase to help fund the city’s $60 million plan to improve its park and trail system. Residents have played a key role in shaping the plan and will have the final say when they cast their ballots on or before Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
There are three ways to vote on the referendum:
Vote early in person: Prior Lake residents will be able to vote early at City Hall starting Friday, September 19 through Monday, November 3, 2025.
Vote early from home via absentee ballot: Requested absentee ballots will be mailed out beginning Friday, September 19, 2025.
Vote on Election Day: Residents can vote at their local polling place as part of the general election on Tuesday, November 4. Find your polling place here.
